Assignments

Our Consultants are expected to be pro-active and independent at all times. We are always giving our best to meet our clients' expectations and we place great importance on delivering high quality projects.

In most cases, our Consultants are assigned to our clients' offices. You should expect constant contact with our clients and the need to travel.

There will not be a shortage of excitement working for Financial Management Consulting. Most of our Consultants are constantly faced with situations where creative thinking is required in order to solve these problems.

We realise the importance of our Consultants having a balanced life, particularly when significant professional travel is involved, which is often the case for many of our consultants. That's why we offer a flexible approach to our working environment to promote a good balance between their professional and personal life.

Recruitment Process

If there is a good fit after reviewing your resume, you will be contacted and invited to go through the selection process. The selection process involve 2 interviews.

1. Human Resource Interview – to assess your competency, and see if you will fit into the company’s culture and ethos. You will be given a psychometric test and an opportunity to demonstrate your skills using a case study.

2. Technical Interview* – to assess the depth of your knowledge, the breadth of your consulting skills and technical experience.



* Interviews may be conducted by telephone if a meeting is impractical.
